Customer Service Center

Samsung tasked Visual with designing and building its first customer service center in North America. Customers can visit the center to test drive the latest and greatest Samsung products,  have smartphone and tablet repairs done, register for product training, and purchase smartphone and tablet accessories. We strove to communicate the premium essence and innovative nature of the brand while also providing a welcoming environment that encourages customer exploration as well as serves the day-to-day functional needs of the center.
